Delays from the client may affect delivery timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

• Full ownership of final deliverables is transferred only after full payment
• Until then, all work remains property of Sigler Digital Solution Pvt Ltd

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party tools/APIs

Costs for such services are separate unless stated.
