1. Nature of Services
We provide digital and service-based offerings, including:

- Digital Marketing
- AI & Automation Solutions
- Custom Software Development
All services are non-tangible and customized, therefore refunds are limited.
2. No Refund After Work Initiation
Once:
- Project work has started
- Resources have been allocated
- Initial concepts/designs delivered
No refund will be provided.
3. Advance Payment Policy
- Advance payments are required to begin work
- These payments are non-refundable once work begins
4. Partial Refund (Before Work Starts Only)
A refund may be considered ONLY IF:
- Work has not yet started
- No resources have been allocated
A processing fee may be deducted.
5. Milestone-Based Payments
- Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
- Each milestone represents completed work
6. No Refund for Delivered Services
Once:
- Service is delivered
- Files are shared
- Access is provided
No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Client Delay or Non-Response
No refund will be issued if:
- Client fails to provide inputs/content
- Client delays approvals
- Project is stalled due to client inactivity
8. Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of business decision
- Change of requirements
- Personal reasons
9. Third-Party Costs
No refund will be issued for:
- Domain purchases
- Hosting charges
- Paid tools or APIs
These are non-refundable external costs.
10. Exceptional Cases
- Refunds are completely at company discretion
- Evaluated case-by-case
- Not guaranteed
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be handled under:
- Jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal
- Indian laws
